Best Abstract Awards for Asia Pacific Stroke Conference 2022

 

To recognize good research from less resourced countries, Asia Pacific Stroke Organisation (APSO) is pleased to offer 10 Best Abstract Awards to healthcare professionals/researchers attending the Asia Pacific Stroke Conference (APSC) to be held in Kaohsiung, Taiwan from 25 -27 November 2022, and presenting a high-quality abstract as determined by the International Scientific Committee.

 

 

Eligibility

 

Awardees must meet the following criteria:

1. Healthcare professional (e.g. doctor, nurse, therapist, medical social worker, pharmacist, dietitian, neurophyschologist, etc) or researcher
2. Working in low income countries (LIC) or lower-middle income countries (LMIC) as defined by the World Bank

4. Have an abstract as first author accepted by the scientific committee for presentation at the conference
5. Presented the research covered in the abstract at APSC 2022

 

 

Announcement

 

The list of awardees will be announced in the closing ceremony of APSC 2022

 

 

Prize

 

Each awardee (i.e. the first author of the abstract) will be awarded the registration fee for APSC 2023
