• Please note that registration fees must be paid in New Taiwan Dollar.

• To apply for the rate of the Trainee/Fellows/Nurses/ Allied Health Profession, institute proof or certificate for approval while signing up for the account in the registration system.
• Please note that the rate of the local delegate is only applicable to the participants who have Taiwanese citizenship only.
• Account registration will be closed on 11 November 2022, any registration after then will be charged onsite fee.

Unforeseen Circumstances

 

The organizer will not return any registration fee should the Conference be cancelled due to any unforeseen circumstances, such as typhoon, volcano eruption, war, or other forms of natural disasters.

 

 

Cancellation & Refund

 

All cancellations of registration must be done in writing and submitted to the Conference Secretariat by email at contact@apsctaiwan2022.com

 

• Cancellation received on or before 30 September 2022: shall be subject to an administrative charge equivalent to 50% of registration fee difference, to be deducted from the refund.
• Cancellation received after 30 September 2022: no refund.
• Registrants changing participation format from virtual to in-person or from in-person to virtual on or before 24 October 2022 are only subject to the difference in the registration fee.
• No changes of participation format will be possible after 24 October 2022.
