Dr. Chen-June Seak is the Head of Department and Associate Professor of Department of Emergency Medicine, New Taipei Municipal Tucheng Hospital (Tucheng CGMH), Taiwan. Since 2016, Dr. Seak has been appointed the Secretary-General of Taiwan Society of Emergency Medicine (TSEM). During his tenure, he has been involving in the development and implementation of Taiwan policies related to emergency medicine. A board-certified specialist in emergency medicine, intensive care, clinical toxicology and hyperbaric medicine, Dr. Seak is passionate about education with keen research interests in emergency department scoring systems, methods of early risk stratification, clinical toxicology, health economics and outcomes research. He has been awarded various research grants by Ministry of Science and Technology of Taiwan and Chang Gung Medical Foundation. He has co-authored over 80 papers in various international peer-reviewed, indexed scientific journals, local journals and chapters of textbook to date, and is the associate editor of Journal of Acute Medicine.
In 2018, Dr. Seak established and led the Stratification to Prevent Overcrowding Taskforce (SPOT) for early risk stratification and rapid response at CGMH emergency departments. This initiative is recognized with multiple awards including Academic Award of TSEM Annual Congress and Academic Award of Society of Emergency and Critical Care Medicine Annual Congress. In addition, Dr. Seak was also awarded the National Healthcare Quality Award for numerous years, the National Innovation Award and the Platinum Award of Taiwan Innotech Expo 2022. Dr. Seak is also a 7 times recipient of the Best Teaching Award of CGMH. -

Shakti is a Research focused academic staff at the School of Pharmacy, The University of Queensland in Australia, on a Medical Research Future Fund project to improve quality use of medicine for Residential Aged Care.
Shakti is an active member of Nepal Stroke Association since 2017 and have been involved in promoting and conducting stroke research in Nepal since 2014. He was one of the organizing members and keynote speakers of the 1st International Stroke Conference held in Kathmandu (Nepal) in 2017. He has also been invited as a speaker on a number of Stroke related Clinical Medical Education in Nepal which are mostly participated by health care professionals and consumer groups. He also led, successfully completed and published the first community-based stroke prevalence study in Western Nepal in 2018 with a team of multidisciplinary stroke team and international collaborators.
Shakti has research expertise in the field of geriatric and palliative medication use and safety, quality use of medicine, pharmacy practice and health service. He has research methodology expertise on systematic review, clinical research design, predictive model development, meta-analysis and medical statistics. -

She is the National Co-ordinator for the SITS-NEW registry for thrombolysis for stroke data from India, the National Co-ordinator for the SITS-SEARS registry with the Karolinska University and is an active member of the National Stroke Surveillance program for India, the National Stroke Registry, the National Prevention Programs for Noncommunicable Diseases of India, Stroke delivery in India and is the author of Management of Stroke Guidelines and Tele stroke Guidelines for India. She is on board as task force member for several programs including the FIST, under DST, Govt. of India, Neurosciences Task Force of DBT, ICMR and others. Sheng-Feng Sung received his MD from the National Taiwan University, Taipei, Taiwan in 1991. He received his PhD in Information Management from the National Chung Cheng University, Chiayi, Taiwan, in 2021. He completed a residency in Neurology at the National Taiwan University Hospital. Since 1997, he has been an attending neurologist at the Ditmanson Medical Foundation Chia-Yi Christian Hospital. He served as the director of the Division of Neurology from 2012 to 2019 and the deputy director of the Department of Internal Medicine from 2013 to 2021. Currently, he is the director of the Department of Medical Research at the Ditmanson Medical Foundation Chia-Yi Christian Hospital. His research interests include cerebrovascular diseases, predictive analytics, medical informatics, and machine learning. Dr. Nijasri C. Suwanwela is a Professor of Neurology at the Chulalongkorn University in Bangkok, Thailand. She received her medical degree and completed her residency in neurology from Chulalongkorn University. She was awarded by Anandamahidol Foundation and had her fellowship training in cerebrovascular disease at the Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston, USA. She also received a Certificate in Neurosonology from the American Society of Neuroimaging. Dr. Suwanwela pioneered the ‘Stroke Fast Track’ program and the use of thrombolysis in acute ischemic stroke as well as stroke unit in Thailand. Currently, she is working on the Telestroke system. She is the former Head of Division of Neurology Chulalongkorn University and Director of Chulalongkorn Comprehensive Stroke Center. She is currently the Director of Chula Neuroscience Center. She is also the past President of the Neurological Society of Thailand. For international societies, she is the treasurer of the Asia Pacific Stroke Organization (APSO) and Vice president of the ASEAN Neurological Association (ASNA). Recently, Prof. Suwanwela was appointed as the Vice Dean on Academic service affairs at the Faculty of Medicine, Chulalongkorn University and Program director of the Chulalongkorn University International Medical Program (CUMEDi). She published many articles in international peer-reviewed journals. She also delivered many local and international lectures.

Dr Shamala Thilarajah is a Senior Principal Physiotherapist at Singapore General Hospital (SGH). And in the intensive care unit, he takes care of patients with severe stroke, status epilepticus, or severe central nervous system infection.
